The problem with dropping it 2.25" is that your going to need a camber kit to reduce towing. With 17's the O/D is almost comparible to the stock rims considering you increased your rim size and decreased your tire size. So with a 2'' drop it would be almost the same as if you dropped it with stock rims and tires.
