The only truck scales I have ever witnessed only do the total weight of the vehicle and then the load per axle, not per wheel. They also do not work for loads under 5000 lbs.

Your tibby would be to light to weight on a truck scale, and they do not corner weight. Even if they did, the only way to adjust corner weight is to have an adjustable suspension, which the stock setup is not.
