Sorry, there has never been an offical paint recall, however, some hyundais have suffered from poor paint longevity, others have had no problems. About all you can do is to contact your local dealer and see if they are willing to work out a deal with you on a paint job. Maybe they can have their body shop cut you a discount rate.
