There is no o2 sensor in the throttle body. There is one in the exhaust manifold and one after the cat.

You described what is wrong. Yoiu left the sensor disconnected. That is your MAF sensor. That must be connected. You are going to have to drill a hole in the CAI for it. make sure it is facing the right direction and then use some silicone to seal it in.
