Its suppossed to fire up right away. What the hells up with that? The starter/battery is fine. I've tried both Bosch and now NGK plugs so its not the plugs. I'm suspecting something in the fuel system is not working right. What are the thoughts around here? uzzled:

Are you letting the fuel pump run a bit befor starting it? Try turning on the key (without starting the engine) wait 3-5 seconds for the fuel pump to pressurize the system, and start the engine. If this works, then I might suspect a bad pressure regulator.
Although you say the car is 6 months old, how many miles are on it? I would also check the fuel filter, pump, injectors and lines for clogs or leaks as well.
