Luckily, for you, the swap is a bit easier. I believe you can retain all of your mounts, including the passenger side one, but it's going to be a very tight squeeze. You'll need everything from the Beta engine, there isn't really anything that carries over. Just take a look at that post and read through the Hybrid forum and I think it should answer most of your questions. Good luck!
