I pay $800 a year in insurance for my car. I am 24. As for tickets I have gotten a few this year and when my insurance was renewed it did not affect my insurance at all. Maybe ut depends on the company you are with.:ermm:

you are welcome John. I like your car
as for tickets, it isn't only company dependant, it is dependant on many variables...
a Tib is always more just because of it's Sport Compact classification, and if your tib is red, well that is another knock. Your age and marital status really has a lot to do with it and whether or not you have kids too. The severity of the ticket is also a rpblem. If you have just a speeding ticket, it doesn't change your rating too much, but if you get demerits, watch out... I am a 6 star driver, highest rating possible, but with just 2 demerits, I go down to 5 star an my insurance increases. If you have 3, then you are classed even lower. If you have been in an accident, your insurer will let you away with one if it wasn't your fault but 2, even if neither were your fault, classes you as a 4 star driver making your insurance really expensive.
what you can do is call an insurance company and ask for a quote on a particular car. You don't need a VIN number or anything for a quote so just try it and see.
Hope this helps
