If you noticed, your citizen rating was dropped 1 point so that an email would be sent.
If you recieved an email you would realize that you did not follow all the rules.
It's not a big thing that's why I only dropped it 1 point. 11 points = 1 day suspension so that after one day, your points go to 90 and you are able to post again.
If you read the rules for the forum that is at the top (stickie) it states that if the rules were not followed you will lose points.
I just added FS: in the title like the rules state.
