Nitrous should not be a problem.. all that does is cram more air into your cylinders by being denser chemically than the stuff we breath.... I know that with a Turbo you do not want too much overlap in the cams.. (both valves being open) the more you have, the less boost you get. A 268 degree cam does not sound too lumpy.. but you might get better power out of the 1.8 litre cams or the Elantra gt cams with the turbo.
