I will say I have the XD cam in...its not too bad and have noticed a nice increase, but nothing major. I have not however experienced a decrease in my high-end. I am wondering if this was stock for stock, or if Mods would help to make a difference.
As for wear..... I guess only time will tell.... but the wear will round the lobe off probably a little and whatever junk left behind will come out with the only, or at lease some.
Like I said I like the Camand have no complaints.
