Yep, it can remove the plastic. I haven't seen it done yet, but I've seen the 03 headlamps up close.
One question though: are your headlamps the ones with the smoked ring inside?
If so, it'll be easier.
To do the whole thing, you'll have to take the headlamps apart, as there isn't enough space in the headlamps to get the reflector loose.
To get the headlamps up you need a few hours of free time and a hair dryer. <u>Don't use a heat gun, you'll fucck up your headlamps.</u> Just pry them apart onece you've spent about 20-30 minutes heating the things up.
Since no one here has taken apart 03 headlamps yet, your on your own on the specifics. Where do you live? If you live in the NW of the US, I might be able to help you out.
