Hey Rich, it should bolt right up without any modifications or atleast with only simple modifications.
Your major drawback from keeping the accent tranny will be top end but I think you may get a little bit better low end. You will still probably want to swap your clutch at this point since you will have everything apart anyways.
You are in a time crunch, you need to have it done by the end of May when I am down there. I will try and remember to bring my camera so I can take some pics for the site. Does Freddy still have his car or did he end up getting rid of it?

There is a replacement for displacement. It is on 2 wheels and 600cc.
