Hopefully things work out. You've done a ton of work to your car, but it is the first model year that it came out so there are bound to be some problems. Since its a 95, its already 8 years old.
I think that the coils have a lifespan of about 4 or 5 years so if it hasn't been replaced yet, it probably needs to. Plugs and wire should be checked also.
