Just take the rotors to your local auto parts store and have them turned. Sure it will make them slightly thinner, but from that you will know if they are slightly warped or not and you also get a true surface to work with.
Besides, this is for the rear, isn't it? If it's not for the rear and it's for the front, how much larger are the rotors, is it a direct bolt on, and how much bigger are the pistons?
