I have a 93 Scoupe with AM racing mags 205/40 R 16 tires.
The bolt circle on the Scoupes are 4.5". The Tiburan should be the same.
All HYUNDAIs with the 4 bolt pattern is 4.5" exept the Steller and Pony, they are 4.25", just like a lot of Fords. 4.5 is very comman.
