Ok, for our Elantra, you can't have it coming off the TB. I have the an automatic Elantra and Tib, and the AEM fits perfectly on both, all you have to do is cut the inner splash guard a little bit, with some tin snips. Easy install, HUGE performance. Much much better than the AOS, which I tossed out the window a couple months ago, due to the battery tray almost eating a hole through it,lol. I would definately go with the AEM, if I were you. Get the polished one, it would look good with your car
