AEM Cold Air Intake and SR Short Shifter

I had two questions. The first question is about an AEM Cold air intake. I just ordered one for my 2001 Hyundai Tiburon and I wanted to know how difficult it is to install? What do I need to remove from the engine for it to fit? Any pictures would help.
My other question is about my SR Short Shifter. I just installed it but when I go to fifth gear it makes a metal on metal noise. I think this is because the smaller piece I installed from the short shifter won't tighten down because the bolt won't allow it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
