Default White ulcer

On the underside of my lip I have have a white ulcer that is sore. The area a 2 weeks but it had subsided, now it seems to be white in color and quite sore expecially if tourched.
Edit
Well I asked my mother, (worked with patients with cancer <oncology?>)
she said looks like an ulcer that usually related to lysine, I forgot what she called it. My tooth isn't sore so. I will try taking lysine and foods with lysine and see how things develop. I will also rinse mouth with peroxide. Sound alright? Now after looking at foods with lysine, my diet has really been lacking in it so.
