There's alot of issues going on from the breaks (should be healed by now), soft tissue healing, and scar tissue forming. That being the case, there may not be "the best one" for you. In fact, I would talk it with your physician about possibly a combination of 2 that may work better for you.
Don't take them in full amounts either. You could also see which one seems to help better and stick with that one. If motrin does a decent job at giving relief stick with it.
