My pretty much well stock '96 Accent GT ran a 1/4 mile, 16.5 @90MPH just awhile ago . Only thing that has been changed on my car is the 5speed clutch, engine swap(same GT engine, just lower km's and better condition than the one the car came with), engine rebuild, removal of intake resonators.

NOTE: I did this with a stopwatch, measuring out the 1/4 mile on a clear, smooth, slightly curved road with the cars odometer,than running it. Nearest track/dragstrip is about 9hours away from me.
