No, they can and are dumb. A few days ago a porshe hit me because I had to slam on my brakes because someone STOPPED at a yeild sign on a highway onramp. I got hit in the bumper, almost no damage to me, but the porsche... all because some dumb **** can't tell the difference between a STOP sign and a YEILD one, and stops FOR NO REASON.
