Ill look for the video but a guy did figure out how to change a light from red to green with a gizmo. He was f'ing up the traffic so bad at a certain intersection they installed cameras to figure out who was doing it. It was a little more complicated that a remote. Most of our lights just have the metal sensors in the ground in front of it so that wouldn't work at all for my area.
