vitamin water and protein drinks?
so i have been working out at a gym for about 1 year now and i am seeing results. i went from 225 to under 200. at the recommendation of the trainer, i started taking a 100% whey protein mix every morning before my workout. Its berry flavor, so i usually mix it with water. Recently, I have seen a lot of people mixing protein mixes with this new vitamin water. My question is this: i know that the vitamin water has like 120 calories per bottle, but if i only drink 1 a day w/my protein mix in the morning before my workout, would it help or hurt, considering mixing it with water is no extra calories? plus it will probably taste a lot better....thanks
