Its berry flavor, so i usually mix it with water. Recently, I have seen a lot of people mixing protein mixes with this new vitamin water. My question is this: i know that the vitamin water has like 120 calories per bottle, but if i only drink 1 a day w/my protein mix in the morning before my workout, would it help or hurt, considering mixing it with water is no extra calories? plus it will probably taste a lot better....thanks
What you're doing is already working. What benefits do you perceive you're going to get from the high calorie vitamin water. If it contains corn syrup as it's sugar source, you might as well take a multivitamin with a soda (I don't recommend soda to anyone that wants to be physically fit).

I agree with rbueker as well as he has some good points. I don't take any form of protein supplement or fat burners or anything else. I do supplement with the right things for my joints, my bones, and the rest of my body. However, It's through exercise and eating the right foods that has given me the best benefits.

I am excited to see more people on this forums and places I travel too exercising and taking action to be healthier and I'm happy for all those who do, keep it up.
