I agree with rbueker as well as he has some good points. I don't take any form of protein supplement or fat burners or anything else. I do supplement with the right things for my joints, my bones, and the rest of my body. However, It's through exercise and eating the right foods that has given me the best benefits.
I am excited to see more people on this forums and places I travel too exercising and taking action to be healthier and I'm happy for all those who do, keep it up.

well, with regards to drinking soda, i have another question about that. i used to drink a lot of soda every day, but since have cut that out. I found a diet soda at the foodstore that actually has 0 calories and 0 sodium...should i drink this or still just cut out all forms of soda? With regards to my results, i kind of peaked and havent seen any results since about april, so that is why i wanted to possibly try shakes or mixes. i never drank vitamin water unless i was craving soda and wanted something a little better, but now i am thinking of just cutting out the protein drinks and mixes all together.
