Quick Quesiton...

Are you gaining or cutting right now? I used to lift a lot throughout High School and in College, I just didn't have time. I used a lot of Creatine, HGH, Nitroglycerine and Whey Protein. The creatine kinda... made me feel like I was cheatting cause it pumps you up and inflates you, but with water xP

If you're trying to cut down, take Hydroxycut but the stuff w/out effedrine. It works, but while you're taking it, kinda tone down from physical sports because it made me really violent during football... But that was a good sport to be violent in *^^*

Vitamin water shouldn't be too bad... A couple hundred extra calories isn't going to hurt your diet regime unless you drink like 5 a day. Just do your cardio twice a day and that should make up for it.

Howie~
