why not save yourself $5 a day and skip the vitamin water. i've a feeling people take it because it sounds healthy and they think there will be some added benefit of using it with protein. like the others said, if you want nutrients, but a $10 bottle of like 250 centrum tablets. i used creatin like howie and although it does cause you to store water, i found it gave me a big enough boost to get back into working out and being in shape. i did it for maybe a month and have been off it for about 3 now. since then i've increased my bench by about 55lbs, maintained the same body weight, and lost a lot of fat.

just don't take it too long or your kidneys will be feeling it in a few years.

but enough about trying to bulk since i'm not even sure if that's what you want. i'd vote for skipping the vitamin water because i think that for the money you'd be spending, you'd gain so very little.
