Centrum products aren't necessarily good for the body. One of the most inefficient forms of vitamins and minerals supplements ever made. You are further ahead crushing them up, mixing with water, and giving to your plants as they can get more nutrition out of Centrum than we can.
Centrum puts there money into marketing and not into the product itself. I have a list of what should be in a multivitamin, it's posted on my site. Most people don't take the time to read it, yet send me links to multivitamins they feel are the best, and they don't come near what should be in one.
If you're going to take a multivitamin one of the best is Ultrapreventative III from Douglas Labs. Do a search and you can find it anywhere on the net. Feel free to look around to find the best prices. You'll see them on my site as well. I've not pushed the supplements I use, my patients use, and my family use on this site to HP.com members. I'm here to help answer questions and have done so for the past 5 years. Find the best prices and buy that multivitamin (your further ahead giving your plants what you're currently taking).
Avoid soda's as much as you can. The phosphate's in them leech calcium from the blood which in turn pulls the calcium from bones = weak bones/brittle bones. That is another reason to avoid soda's.
