I have the same issue with this. Coming out of a EZPASS toll I get my a#$ kicked by car that shouldn’t be able to.. I floor it but it takes 50 feet before it will downshift. VERY annoying… Give me 4 speed auto with a taller 1st gear…. That low 1st gear may give you a better ¼ mile and 0-60mph, but in the real world it makes the rolling start pitiful! 0-60mph is 6.8sec I would bet the 10-60mph it around 9sec…
BTW: I love everything else about the car.
Are there programmers available that can change the shift patterns?
