Default Is Alli ok??

So I have been thinking bout taking Alli to help me lose sum weight...my sister is on it mainly cause its the only thing she has been able to take that has helped her lose weight, but I was wondering if its ok to take...it seems to be helping her!!

I am thinking bout taking it mainly cause I have been working out and I changed my diet to eat healthier but I cant lose the weight, my only concern is I know that alot of diet supplements will help you lose weight but as soon as you stop taking them you gain that weight plus more sometimes back!! But is Alli a safe drug to be taking??
