Default I have Tibby headers on my '03 Sonata

Yes they are! I have Tibby headers on my '03 Sonata. Just get 03 2.7 Tibby headers (I found them on Ebay for $200 delivered) And they are realativly easy to install...considering the engine bay is a little bigger than the Tiburon. Took me half a day to do everything. Go to newtiburon.com and find the header install sticky and follow it. Some things are a little easier, again due to more room.

And my kit bolted right into the stock exaust system...minus one pipe hanger. I just did a comparison on gas mileage the other day...I was getting 360 miles to the tank...I get 410 mpt with the 2 stock mufflers, the a/c on, and a short ram intake. I rotated my sri pointing to the ground between the transaxle and brake master cylinder to get cooler air off the street vs. the under hood air temps.
