Lung capacity halved... just like that
OK, last week, I started to notice I get tired way more easier than usual.. walking up stairs, even talking a lot, tires me, I have to stop and take deep breaths. There is no pain when this happens, but filling up the last 10-20% of my lungs with air is straining. I went swimming on monday, and it tired me out for the rest of the day. Basically, I feel like there's pressure in my lungs, the middle part, like where the zyphoid process is (not pain per-se, just the feeling that something is there, it tingles sometimes) My whole body feels worn, I started excersizing much more rigourously than usual. When I stretch, my ribs hurt, parts of my back, and legs also hurt. I don't smoke that much (there's days when I won't smoke at all, there's other days that I'll have up to 5) but now I stopped completely.
What could it be? Strain? Stress? Illness? Im not coughing anything up, it's just laboured and inefficient... like a turbo when you put a hole in the pipe leading to the TB.
