I've never seen the inside of a 01 Tiburon but the general procedure should be something like this:

(1) Pull out the ashtray and place your finger behind the center console to get a grip on the center console plate.
(2) Pull out the center console.
(3) Once the center console comes off, remove the screws holding in your radio.
(4) Pull out the radio and disconnect the electronic cables.
(5) Install the new radio using correct harness for your car and new radio and reinstall everything back. If the radio isn't a perfect fit, you'll need a dash kit.

Like I said, the procedure might be different for you but these were the steps involved for my 04 TIburon. I didn't need a dash kit as the Sony radio fit my center console perfectly.

If you go to hmaservice.com, it should have instructions for center console removal and radio installation. That's where I found my instructions. Registration is free.
