2 years ago? Did he just come out of the blue on this or has this fight been going on since the wreck? If so your attorney needs to bring that point up that this just after money and wasn't really hurt.

I will say this however. I was in a wreck when I was younger. I jumped out of the car and ran to help the guy that we hit (his fault, ran a stop sign). After that I ran to call for help. It wasn't until two days later that a ligament in my back showed signs it had swollen. It caused alot of pain and issues with one of my legs. I didn't go after the driver, but I did get an attorney after the insurance company called me a liar. Even after the doctor they sent me to said I had a problem they refused to pay. That was settled out of court. Moral to that story.. some people don't realize they are hurt until after they get home.
