Check the emanage jumpers theres a emanage thread that says what they should be set at. Im almost positive pin #47 is the rpm and its a white wire but check the hybrid section under beta ecu swap wiring or something, i posted a wiring diagram of the ecu up. If yours is a beta one from like 97-01 that is.
