Default Upholstering plastic door panels

I’m thinking of putting some type of fabric on my doors. As many of you know, the LC door panels are one piece. I am looking for any ideals on how to put on the fabric and make it look good. I was thinking of putting some vinyl on, with a pattern that looks like the dash.

Maybe even fiberglassing it, what would be the best way?
