I was involved in a very similar matter where I was in an accident and this retard pulls up to MY accident 10 minutes after the fact and just stops in the middle of the intersection and got hit. Then he SUED ME!!! He wanted all kinds of money too ($175k) but my lawyer ripped him apart. He got nothing. Everything is so eager to sue someone else anymore that it seems like people are LOOKING to get into accidents.

On the other hand, one of my good friends got hit by a drunk teenager about 6 months ago and messed up his back horribly. He missed about 2 weeks from work and just wore a back brace for awhile. The kid's insurance company wanted to settle outside of court for $2200. My friend's FULL SIZED TRUCK was TOTALED from the kid hitting him so hard with a 240SX!!!! There's a good cause to sue someone in that situation!!!!
