first thing you want to do is find the main fuse for the alarm and disconnect it if not then go under the steering column to do this remove the drivers knee blocker and remove the wires that were spliced in make sure that yoiu tape the wires up with electrical tape both removed and stock so you dont short wires and create a bigger problem then try starting the car if it starts then you have a problem with the alarm. if it does not start then start by checking for good spark at the plugs and then check for good fuel pressure at the fuel rail. if you need help doing this pm me and i will try to walk you through the steps.
