Default Vibration Help

I've got a 2000 RD Tiburon auto transmission that has a very serious vibration when at idle but only in a forward gear. Car has been running fine for 100K miles until this week!

While in park, reverse or neutral, car is smooth with no noticable vibes. But if you place in a foward gear while at idle, vibe is very rough and uncomfortable. As soon as you increase the rpm or take your foot off the brake to begin to accel. all smooths out. Place back in a foward gear, then your vibrating like crazy again.

I've been underneath the hood and had the car on jacks and see no problems underneath.

Any suggestions???

Thanks!
