I was in a rollover accident back in April. I was in a pontiac Aztek and the lady was driving in a late 90s galant. She is damn lucky I have quick reflexes cause when she crossed 2 lanes, then median and came into my lane (she was driving across the street and coming at me), I swerved to try to dodge her but she cliped my rear driver side and sent me into a roll. She only lost her front bumper and if I hadn't swerved, I probably would have kill the 2 passengers by t-boning her car. there were some witnesses that saw it happen and it was 100% her fault. I was of course sore from the incedent but the semi-major injury didn't show up for almost a month. I wound up having 3 compressed and bulging disks in my upper back and caused me to miss work for almost 3 months. I'm hoping to get a decent settlement from this especially since the pain and suffering should take into account that my daughter was only 7ish months old at the time and it was emotionally asskicking not to be able to play with her or even pick her up.
