I've been looking for the same for a long time,No Frills, but finding an "actual" brushed stainless insert is next to impossible. The closest thing I've found are the sticker packages available at places like wooddash.com. I've seen the real carbon fibre package on a 99 prelude (there is a fake carbon, its kinda awful), and it looks alright.
I'm a little skeptical on how realistic the stainless would look, though. Other than that, I've had no luck. Hopefully someone releases something for the accent besides the factory "chrome" and "wood" inserts.ugh. u-g-l-y.
Hope this helps some.

<img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle> Ive decided to get it done myself. Went down to betts welding and they have a plasma cutter capable of cutting the aluminium instrument cluster i want, very precise! I let you know how it goes, cheers
