Where can i get one to mod to fit and how will i mod it.

Yeah, it's K&N's own intake system. They make them for a bunch of cars, but not for any Hyundais I don't think, unless they have one for the new Tib.
As far as getting one to mod to fit, you'd probably have to find out what cars they are made for, and maybe buy one made for a car that has a similar intake system layout to the 1.5l Alpha.
Lots of places sell them... speed shops, I know Canadian Tire (Canuck equivalent to Pep Boys) sells them... you should have no problem finding a K&N retailer, given their popularity.
