Is that the recall about the left A pillar in the car being faulty? I got a letter about it saying that in the case of roll over it might break and that it needs to be strengthed. The letter said it shoulndt take more than 30mins to get a rod inserted (lol) behind the pillar or somthing. I never went to get it done though uzzled:. Is that what the letter you posted says???
I believe you are right and that is what the letter says I got one of those also but I didn't go it is just more weight. Plus how is so tiny rod going to save the car if it flips over?
From what I could read (the top line). It says it concerns certain 2000-2002 Hyundai Accent 3 Door Hatchbacks...if your's was manufactured after October 19, 2001 then this shouldn't concern you. (i.e. gadzooks, you nor I need to worry).

asiman1, if you really wanna help everyone out then just basically sum up what that letters all about. Its cool that u posted the pic but what goods it gone do if no one can read it ? Just give a lil info as to what exactly it says (year, makes, why its being recalled, how to get it fixed etc..)
Thanks Man
Yeah I got the same letter It sucks knowing you bought a piece of sh*t, but then to find out it was manufacturedto be unsafe that's even worse, it didn't even pass the safety standards. I'll probably make an app. to get it fixed...
