Default Window keeps coming out of track

Anyone have problem with drivers side window on 96 Accent not staying in the window lift track? My daughters wont stay, I've glued it in the plastic holders using epoxy, stayed for a couple of days then released again. Do I need to replace the lift for the window. This is a manual window.

I had the same problem and tried to fix it myself but no luck. Had to take it to the dealership and they ripped my whole door panel apart and replace the crank gear and moldings.
