Default Shark racing has really bad customer service, I NEED COILS NOW :)

Well I emailed shark racing, called them, and faxed them about if they had Eibach Coils instock for the 2002 accent lc. 2 weeks later, no answer yet, and numerous emails. Where can I find springs other then shark racing? I'm not going to try ordering from them if I'm not going to get a response.

www.speedstate.com

Customer service is great. Prices seem to be pretty good. And they're a Canadian company. What more could you ask?

I am surprised to hear about Shark Racing's poor customer service. When I ordered my clear corners from them a year ago I found them to be proficient and reliable. It did take a couple weeks for the product to arrive but other than that it was a positive experience buying from them.

Most of Shark Racing has been gone the past couple weeks at the LA Auto show. The remaining staff has been training new employees recently. During this time, customer service has suffered, but in the long run, with the new employees, new phone lines, etc. everything should be back to normal. Do you mean Eibach Springs? You should try their new email address to ask about those: orders@sharkracing.com. I dont know if those are in stock....remember, SR is the only company in North America to have those springs that i know of. Anyone else who sells them for the 00-02 Accent is selling the 98-99 Accent springs which do fit, but were not designed for the car. I do know that they have SR and B&G Springs in stock.
