Difference between the 95 and 99 motor???

Ok i need to know... is there.. or is there not any different between the motor from the 95 and the 99 accent... I picked up my motor and tranny on the weekend... looking at the front of the motor the only things that are different are the exhaust maifold (newer one has a cat right on the front) and i think the intake maifold but not to sure cuz i didn't look to good at it... but if i used the intake and exhaust manifolds would the engine work in mine... the fron of the engine has the hold where my current engine mounts go... and i'm assuming the back will too but can't see where it is on my engine... can anyone help me cuz if it's the same engine i will just do it togeather with my tranny swap.... would be easier...
