Default turbo and a 5 speed tranny for a 95 accent?????

ok i got a good idea but i don't know if it will work... i wanna put a 94 to 95 1.5 l turbo engine from a soupe and the 5 speed too... into my 95 hyundai 4 door accent.... will it bolt up or am i gonna have to modify some stuff? can someone tell me how if i am gonna have to modify and if soo how much modfying?? thanx!!

If I'm not mistaken, you have a 1.5L in your car now so it should bolt up with no problems. Just make sure to get the ECU, wiring, and the clutch assembly if you on't already have a standard.

Switch the entire engine/tranny unit, the Ecu, fit a used intercooler, an oil cooler & a re-circulating dump valve. Slap on a good CAI & you`ll have about 160 bhp in return for one of the easiest transplants around!.
Just remember to keep as much of the Scoupe Turbo`s parts as possible & use them in preference to the Accent`s.
See my engine-bay pic. to get a rough idea of the layout.

My mods.(180 crank bhp.) include: cold air induction (with 12v fan & ram air), dump valve, FSE fuel pressure regulator, strut brace, rear (+2.5") spacers, Spax lowering springs & Pedders shocks. Subaru bonnet scoop & upgraded cockpit. Custom 2.5" exhaust with twin 4" tailpipes & 15"x7" alloys . Intercooler fitted + manual boost controller & oilcooler.

ok thanx that really helps!! but i can really have 160 hp??? damn thats good!! i would love that in my small little car :devious:

ok..... i know this is gonna be annoying asking now but what year would be a good year of a hyundai scoupe enigne with a turbo and tranny to u put in my 95 accent? oh and also do u know any good websites that have a lot of performance products i can shuv in the engine to make it better for the scoupe turbo engine? :evil:
