Default Scoupe Back Lights

New to the forum.... Would ne one know if the 93-5 backlights on a scoupe would fit a 91 scoupe?

I`m pretty sure they won`t!. From memory the Series 1 Scoupe has a much more basic layout than the Series 2 , which features plastic mouldings right across the back......see the last pic. in my profile.

My mods.(180 crank bhp.) include: cold air induction (with 12v fan & ram air), dump valve, FSE fuel pressure regulator, strut brace, rear (+2.5") spacers, Spax lowering springs & Pedders shocks. Subaru bonnet scoop & upgraded cockpit. Custom 2.5" exhaust with twin 4" tailpipes & 15"x7" alloys . Intercooler fitted + manual boost controller & oilcooler.

It fitŽs but youŽll have to make a minor adjustment.
The back side of the lights, the housing of the bulbs is bigger from the type 2 then from the type 1.
So youŽll have to cut a bigger hole in your trunk so that the housing fits and then youŽll have new tail lights.
