MOVED: Problems with the S-Coupe engine

Lately as the weather's been gettin warmer, I drive for like 45 minutes and my engine feels like it's over heating.... and at the same time while I'm driving my car wants to stop and keeps jerking. Almost impossible for me to accelerate after stopping.... Any idea or suggestions?
