im in the process of putting a new shift boot in my car and i didnt get a chance to get the new one on, and i was driving and took a sharp turn and a box of junior mints spilled into the space thats covered by the boot, and then i hit some bumps and coffee spilled down in there, and i wont have a chance until sat. probably to clean it out. will this cause any problems?

Might get a little fungus growing down there, might stink after a bit, and it will be stifcky... ut other than general grossness nope shouldnt hurt anything. Just make sure you clean everything out when you go to put the shift boost back in.
